We try to ship our items in 1-2 business days after the order was processed. However, if it's the weekend or holiday, there might be a little delay since the post offices are closed. Don't worry! We will send you a notification mail with tracking number when your item ships!

What if I don't like my case?

We care about your feedback! If you have any problem with your order please send us an email at annacasestore@gmail.com within the 14 days of the item's delivery. Return shipping is not covered unless you received a defective or wrong item. Returned items must be unused and sent with the original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We will make sure that you're satisfied with your order and do our best to make you happy! 

Oh no! I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Yes! Please send us an email at annacasestore@gmail.com and we will make the necessary changes to your address as long as your package is not shipped yet. If you enter the wrong address and we ship your order, we are not responsible for the lost or damaged packages.

I need to change the size of my phone case. How do I do it?

If your order is not shipped yet, we can change the phone case size for you. Please send us an email at annacasestore@gmail.com or contact us by whatapp or instagram and we will help you out!
